One of my favorite early morning starters for breakfast is a smoothie. When in a rush I usually stop at the local Panera Bread to order one of their Green Passion Smoothie. Which by the way, is truly a divine cup of goodness. However, eventually this got a little costly because I was there almost every other day.  I continued to go but one morning I stood and watched the Panera employee make my smoothie. I noticed that there wasn’t much to it. Pretty much mango and spinach. So, I decided I was going to try it at home. Here is my recipe. Now…it is not Panera’s Green Passion however it is just as good and even healthier and economical. I call it my Green Glory Smoothie.

  • 1 hand full of raw Spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh Mango cubes
  • 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp of Hemp Seed (as a topper)
