Now focus on those 3 things all week and see if your daily/weekly activities align with the things that make you happy. Ask yourself why are you not operating from a place of happiness? What will it take for you to get there? Set your intention by setting a weekly goal that works towards activating your happy. A weekly goal could be that you research those things that make you happy finding new techniques to live in happiness, read articles or books by people that live an inspired life such as Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love. Whatever you do, work toward happiness being a normalized feeling in your life. BE HAPPY!
